Last weekend saw the return of the All Types VW Show at Bodelwyddan Castle, North Wales.
Being our first time at the show we were unsure of what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The main show is on all day Sunday but for people travelling from far away, or those who just want a weekend away there is the opportunity to camp on the Saturday night.
The show is ran by the same people who organise the very popular Ultimate Dubs event in Telford. This is evident by the professionalism of the weekend with over 100 trade stands and over 30 club stands the show is definitely worth the visit.
The range of cars at the show was phenomenal, they really didn’t lie when calling it “All Types” from new Golfs and Polos to old school Beetles and Campers, even a Prototype Audi from 1933 there really was something for everyone.
The show also supplied great entertainment for kids, with a fair ground ride and the castle grounds having a play park right beside the show ground there was no reason not to bring the kids along.
All in all it was a great show with a chilled atmosphere, the great weather we had helped too! Definitely a show on our calendar for next year!
